Recovery token for affected Drift users

DFX is a redeemable token issued to wallets affected by the Incident. Each DFX converts to USDT at the prevailing redemption price, set by the Recovery Fund rate. Claims must be made within 365 days and any unclaimed DFX is permanently burned at expiry.
